These terms and conditions commence immediately after the first payment is made by the customer.

Client agrees to pay Rigger a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final amount prior to the start of the project. The remaining amount will be paid upon completion of the project.

Delivery of the model will only take place after the full amount has been paid to rigger.

Payment is made Paypal.

Rigger sets a deadline for the project prior to the start of the work. The due date depends on the complexity of the project and ranges from 1 to 3 months (average 1 to 2 months).

The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure the project is completed on schedule. Any delays caused by the client may result in an extension of the project timeline.

The maximum deadline is 7 months. If the work has not been delivered after this deadline, the entire amount is refunded to the client, the project stays with the rigger and is not given to the client.

The deadline starts on the day the first installment of payment is made.

All correspondence takes place via discord.

Rigger provides the client with regular updates and progress reports throughout the project - at least every 2 weeks.

The client agrees to provide timely feedback and guidance to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

During the course of the work, the rigger is at liberty to report the inability to fulfill certain details due to technical reasons that were not identified prior to the start of the work. Their cost will be deducted from the final project cost.

Rigger may request edits from the model artist. If the client cannot get corrections from the artist for any reason, the quality of the work may be lower than expected.

Rigger has the right to share the process of working on the project on his social networks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon payment of the full amount of the order, the client takes ownership of the model.

Rigger reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio and to use it for its advertising, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

The client has 5 free edits to make.

Any additional edits requested by the client over and above will be charged an additional fee.

Rigger may refuse to make edits if they are beyond technical capabilities.

Revisions and model changes are available for 2 months after project completion.

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.

In the event of termination by the client, the 50% deposit paid will not be refunded. The work performed shall also remain the property of the rigger.

If for any reason the rigger terminates the contract or breaches the terms of the contract, the full amount shall be refunded to the client. The work performed is not given to the customer.

Both parties agree to keep all project details and information confidential and not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

Non-Disclosure of Confidential Information (NDA): Rigger agrees not to publish the work on social media until the model debuts. For this additional condition, the client agrees to pay 20% of the total amount.

Provision of all model files: For the provision of the cmo3 file and all associated model files, the client agrees to pay an additional 50% of the total amount
